We've added the following Alarm objects to VSM so you'll be notified when these happen:

Bug Fixes

EMEA customers could not access Genesys Cloud Conversation records or VSM-E data. This was due to an expired credential and is now fixed.

Dashboards - Preview bug fixes

The ACM System Heath Summary dashlet Duplication field value was showing a green triangle when the system had no Duplication. Now, when the mode is Duplex, the field will display Ok. When the mode is Simplex, the field will display N/A as there is no duplication. On mouse hover, will show Simplex as the tooltip message. 

The option to 'Open Access Concentrator' is now available in the context menu list for Business Partners on the BP Alarm Summary dashlet. If the customer has disabled Business Partner Remote Access (on the Customer Details screen) then this menu option will be greyed out.
