Microsoft Teams Reports - run time improvement

Microsoft Teams reports have had some back end changes to reduce the time it takes for a report to populate onto the screen. Previously in some scenarios the report was returning a time out message.

The reports impacted by this change are:

  • License report
  • Microsoft Teams Device Usage report
  • Microsoft Teams User Activity report
  • Trunk Group Calls report

Please contact Support if you are still experiencing long load times.

Bug Fixes

Web UI

Customer level users were unable to set a Change Calendar request less than a day. The Start and End times now allow both date and time settings to be configured.

(Note that Business Partner users were not affected)
