In this release you will find the following changes

VSM Everywhere Standalone

With this release we have added to and changed the way the "VSM Everywhere Devices" page works. This is to enable VSM Everywhere to be technology independent - and able to be applied to all devices regardless of whether the user has Microsoft Teams, Genesys, 8x8 or Avaya one cloud.

To access the page go to Configuration Manager > VSM Everywhere Devices.

You will then see the following page.

This page shows the data for a unique combination of "Hostname" and "Username".

For example, for the hostname "DESKTOP-95HUFM8" we can see that three users have at some point signed into this device.

To drilldown into the data left-click on the row that you want to view data for.

We have moved away from the pattern of right-clicking on records to open up a context menu and then selecting what you want to do with a record.

This will then open up a "Modal" similar to the Add/Edit Equipment pop-up, as shown below.

In this "Modal" the "Hardware Details" and "Network Details" tabs will contain graphs that show collected data for the last two hours, or a custom two-hour range.

Users can query data at any point in time BUT we set a hard limit on returning only data from within a two-hour range.

Most of the functions that you would expect from Dashboards V2 (such as moving, adding, resizing, and deleting dashlets) are still available in Dashboards V3.

However, at the moment, the styling that you would come to expect from Dashboards V2 has not been implemented in V3 yet.

Additionally, users are not yet able to do certain other features, such as navigate to reports from certain dashlets.

Dashboards are ONLY available for Virsae (VO) users.
