Reports - Preview available as beta

Recently we released a beta version of Reports to our Business Partners. This is now being extended to Customer users. You'll find an additional menu option called Reports - Preview.

As this has a different look and feel from what you may be used to, we have a tutorial video to introduce and guide you through the features. This can be viewed here...

Custom Scripts for Linux Servers

A while ago we enabled Custom Scripts to be run on Linux Servers.

The information displayed would include the command used as well as the result. We have changed this to return only the result, so alarming on a specific result is more accurate.

  • Set up your custom scripts on the Custom Scripts tab from the Manage Equipment page
  • Raise an alarm using the information received from the custom script
  • Custom Script results can also be viewed on the Linux Server dashlet
