Trunk Group Call report - Genesys Cloud 

The Trunk Group Call report can now be run for Genesys equipment. You'll find this report under Capacity Manager.

You can use this to report on call volumes to see

  • Incoming connected calls
  • Outgoing connected calls
  • Peak Incoming and Peak Outgoing for the period reported on
  • No labels
