The Session Quality User Feedback Summary report provides

  • Star Rating 1 - 5, breakdown by percentage
  • Summary of calls in graph by rating and number of calls where:
    • 1 star = Bad
    • 2 star = Poor
    • 3 star = Fair
    • 4 star = Good 
    • 5 star = Excellent
  • The percentage of total calls for the period selected. by feedback options for Audio, Video or Screen Sharing
