Alarm when Genesys Agent state = Not Responding
We've created an alarm for Genesys Agent for when an agents state becomes Not Responding. This allows Contact Centre Managers to proactively manage their agents when this happens.
Alarms will show with the following details:

Bug Fixes - New Dashboards-preview
- Updated sizes in old and new to enable switching between versions with minimal dashlet re-arrangement.
- SIP Response Summary Dashlet will not load when configured for 'All'.
- VSM Mean Opinion Score Dashlet mouseover text values aligned.
- VQM Mean Opinion Score and Active Streams Dashlets do not populate unless saved twice.
- Custom script output in dashboard now shows appropriate Information.
- Standalone server Dashlet Used memory calculation to be changed to use 'Available'.
- Added missing hints to all dashlets. This can now be found in the menu in the top right hand side of each dashlet by clicking on Explain this dashlet
