Session details Media Type drilldown Added to Genesys Conversation Grid
The session Details will have the following Fields:
- Participant Name
- Direction
- Sender Email Address
- Receiver Email Address
- MediaType
- Purpose
Genesys License Report
Genesys License Report is useful for identifying immediate license capacity constraints. It is also highly effective for forward planning and forecasting, particularly where multi-faceted view of CIs is required (e.g. estimating spare capacity when bringing on new teams of contact center agents).
You can use this report for a number of analyses, such as:
- Tracks actual license usage over a given period
- Can be applied to all Licensed Capacity items
- Tracks maximum daily used verses maximum daily limit
- Trend over the time period for forecasting
Bug Fixes
- Number of Media Streams doesn't match Session Streams - Show Media Streams displayed all session streams where it should only display that session stream. This is now fixed.
- Saving Tags does not refresh page and goes stagnant. - It displayed error and did not progress when trying to save details, however, now fix displays error when details are invalid otherwise will save correctly.
- System Health Summary dashlet will not load - Earlier data did not populate and showed error in console. Fix now populates data correctly.
- Import is duplicating data on addition - Data did not import at once, this is now fixed and imports at once correctly with no duplicates.
- Fix footer positioning - Footer fix from Static to Dynamic.
- Fix inactive warning on dashboards - Pop up showing Dashboards has been disconnected does not show any more.
