Dashboards - Preview Bug Fixes

We are now showing the equipment status in grey on the System Health Summary dashlet when the ACM is offline or if we don't receive any data for that equipment. It also no longer displays the old Ping data. This behavior is now consistent with the ACM System Health Summary and Avaya Communication Manager (ACM) dashlets.

Microsoft Teams Call Summary dashlet did not plot no data correctly. This resulted in a straight line on the Chart instead of showing zero when there was periods with no calls.

On the Calls in Progress dashet, the IP addresses where not displayed correctly. For an endpoint such as 88314 ("sips:88314@10.10.106.27"), we show the IP address as 10.10.106.27 only.

You can now navigate to the Trunk Group Call report from the Genesys Trunks Summary dashlet (when subscribed to Capacity Manager)

For Business Partners, changing settings on an exiting dashlet to a new customer did not update the customer logo unless page was manually refreshed. This has now been fixed.

Bug Fixes

Navigating from an Genesys Short Conversation alarm in the Manage Alarms grid now navigates directly to the Conversation record.

Protocol Validation results were not being saved in database. The database schema for the protocol validation address fields was too small to handle the longer addresses that were being passed through. The field size was extended to cater for these addresses.

Microsoft Teams Call Records data was not summarizing all stream qualities correctly (Good, Satisfactory, Poor) We've corrected the calculation.

Genesys Cloud Conversation alarms were not reporting repeat alarms correctly. The Administered ID has been changed to be the combination of both threshold name and Conversation ID. Note that thresholds should have a unique name.

In Manage Location , when editing SNMP Traps any changes were unable to be saved. This has now been fixed.
