New Dashlet for Genesys Conversations

Genesys Conversation Summary dashlet - Phase 1 has been released showing stream quality for completed conversations and the modalities being used.

It can be run for the summary periods of 1, 6 12 and 24 hours. It is an historical dashboard that updates every fifteen minutes. 

Other Dashboard-Preview improvements

We've resolved the frequent appearance of the Connection Lost notice due to it being too sensitive.

Avaya Experience Portal (AEP) system health dashlet - on the Application Status panel we've improved the name readability by making the column wider and added a mouseover to display the full name.

Linux Health dashlet - We've added a new command to get more accurate CPU performance counter data.

Avaya SBC  - Network interface pane was never displaying more than three interfaces. Now the correct number are showing.

ACM System Health Summary - We've fixed the issue where the Dashboard did not load when you selected 'All" locations.

Bug Fixes

After recent penetration testing, we've made security improvements by removing all occurrences of cross-site scripting and on-screen validations. We've also added time balancing for logins to defend against username enumeration attacks.
