Conversation Drill-down
Genesys conversations are made up of one or more sessions, You can now drill-down into session detail from the conversation to see additional service management information.
The order of the sessions follows the JSON document as provided by the API - this in turn reflects the conversation timeline. Sessions with poor quality voice are highlighted with a explanation mark.
Coming up next we will add further data regarding network performance and its effect on the real time voice stream.
Bug Fixes
We fixed the vertical scroll that wasn't working on some pages.
Service Partner settings were not showing, we restored this functionality.
