Dashboard Only Users

When creating a new user, it is now possible to create "Dashboard Only" Users. Your User invite now includes DashboardsOnly in the Permissions drop down box.

After logging in, these users will be directed to the Dashboard Landing page and will only have access to dashboards where 'sharing' is set to Public. Clicking on a dashboard name will give the user the option to Open that dashboard. The user is able to open and view any dashboard that is set to public.

Improvements to Jabra Headset information

For some models of Jabra headsets we now collect the Model, Connection Type such as USB or Bluetooth, and the Link Quality.  We've also improved collecting data from the linkage between the Bluetooth Dongle and the headset.

You'll find this in the Microsoft Teams Call Records drill down under Media Label main-audio, then click on the Device type. When a compatible Jabra headset is connected you'll see new information such as the Blue Tooth dongle hardware in addition to the headset itself, the connection type the headset is using (USB cable or Blue Tooth wireless) and the quality of the Blue Tooth wireless link. Poor quality Blue Tooth wireless can be caused by range, and/or interference from other radio sources such as Wi-Fi, and can negatively affect the user experience.

Bug Fixes

Sometimes Microsoft Teams Call records were not showing in the grid. This has now been fixed.

In the SIP Session Trace the 4xx Responses were being highlighted as Red instead of Amber. This has now been fixed.
