An essential report for ensuring good voice quality as it validates the QoS settings on every individual IP Phone. The Phone Data report contains some 42 parameters downloaded from the IP Phone hardware itself. This means that the data presented is verbatim - there is no need to make assumptions that configuration the phone picks up from DHCP and the 46XXSettings file is applied correctly. These settings, as they apply to each IP Phone are seen in this report.
