Video Overview

Use this report to see if usage is trending up or down:

  • Trending Up - are more licenses required or perhaps is a review is required?
  • Trending Down - can licenses be relinquished and cost reduced?
  • Does the maximum daily used match head count?


NOTE: This is a line chart and requires a minimum of 3 days to be selected.

This report can be run for

  • Avaya Communication Manager Logged in ACD agent
  • Avaya CMS Simultaneous  Supervisor Licenses
  • AES Licenses
    • DMCC 
    • TSAPI Users
    • AEC Unified CC Desktop
    • JDMK5.1
  • VSM-E Devices
    • This report shows the VSM-E Device usage trend for the maximum number of registered devices per day.
    • A device is considered registered if the device has been online.
  • Genesys Cloud Logged in Agents 
    • The count of daily logged-in users is all active users with a status other than offline.
    • Note that in Genesys Cloud there is no maximum daily limit to report.


The License Usage Trend report below has been used to visualize the rate of consumption of Logged-in ACD Agents on an Avaya Communication Manager (ACM).

Using this report data there is an upward trend, so Contact Center management can move quickly to purchase additional licenses, prior to the ceiling of 710 agents being breached.
