VSM is now available in the Genesys App Foundry store.


On the Avaya Session Manager (ASM) System Health dashlet, we've updated the status labels of the SIP Entities to Up, Up (Errors), and Down (from left to right respectively), in the following areas;

  • bar graph statuses down the SIP Entities section
  • drill-down view headings
  • and the drill-down view options 

Previously these were shown as Good, Satisfactory and Poor

Bugs


When editing a scheduled CMS Call Trace report, the criteria values were not displaying on screen. This has now been fixed and all of the configured CMS Criteria information (in DB) are now displayed in all the fields when editing a scheduled report.
