Reporting

We hope you are enjoying the new reports service. 

We'd like to remind you that the ‘Reports Classic’ link will remain in place until mid-December when the old service will be decommissioned.

In the new reporting service, you’ll find:

  • You can now filter an alarms report by severity
  • Schedules can be requested immediately using the Queue Now button
  • Administrators can easily navigate to All Schedules
  • Your existing scheduled reports are already on the new service

Bug Fixes

When navigating to Reports, you'll find it now opens in a separate tab on your web browser, retaining an open tab with the VSM web portal page you navigated from.

In Voice Quality Management when opening the Stream Details, the pop up did not load for some customers. We fixed a time out issue that was causing this.

In Manage Tags, a user was unable to edit or delete an existing tag. This has now been fixed

On Edit Equipment, the page format meant that the popup window would resize for each tab. We've changed it so the UI is more user friendly, and the top of the window remains static. We found this was occurring on a few of the pages - if we've missed any then please let us know.
