Microsoft Teams Call Summary Dashlet

You will now find a new dashlet for Microsoft Teams Call Summary.

It will show

• A chart showing the stream quality by Mean Opinion Score (MOS)
• Dials showing the number of streams by
  • Call Type
  • Network Type
  • Audio device
  • Modalities
• Platforms being used eg: Windows, Android, MacOS
• Feedback ratings users have selected using the star rating

Bugs

An Alarm Response could be set to zero when adding a new Response but Editing would not allow 0(zero) to be set. This has now been fixed.

The Microsoft Teams Feedback page had a misnamed field:  *System audio didn't work as expected,* now correctly reads as *We kept interrupting each other*
