We have continued to build our Microsoft Team offering and you'll find  the following new functionality in this release.

Microsoft Teams Call Records 

With VSM Everywhere installed you'll get all of the following information. Find out more about Microsoft Teams Call Records  here...

Speed Test

In the Teams Call Records we now display Speed Test results for the connection type (Wired or WiFi) on the main-audio Media for your end users environment.

You'll see Upload and Download speed as well as Ping response.

Authentication and Encryption breaches

Authentication and Encryption is displayed with in the WiFi details. Where the connection is without authentication or is unencrypted then this will be highlighted with a warning triangle. Additional information on mouse-over is provided as can be seen in the image below.

Warning on Jitter & Packet loss and Latency values

In addition to MOS, the Jitter, Packet Loss and Latency details are now available. Warnings have been added when these exceed the Manufacturer recommended values. You will see a Red or Amber triangle and mouse-overs provide the reason for the warning(s).

User Feedback display

In our first iteration we provided the JSON file for the user feedback. We've updated User feedback so it now displays as it did for the user so you'll know exactly what they selected.


Alarms on User Feedback 

As mentioned above, User feedback is now captured and for Bad, Poor and Fair feedback an alarm is generated. You can view these in the Manage Alarms Grid and can be notified via an alarm and on the Alarm Summary dashlet.
