New enhancements to Cisco Cube Dashlet

The new Cisco Cube Dashlet now has shows SIP Response and environment information.   The environment panel contains a detailed drilldown.

Activate both panels via the dashlet settings.

Ribbon SBC Dashlet

The recently released new Ribbon SBC System Health Dashlet now shows data for:

  • Global Call Counters
  • Signaling Groups - with drill down

VSM Virtual Collector

Increasingly more, organizations are using UC technology stacks which are partially, or entirely cloud based, for example: Teams, Genesys, Pure Cloud.

With this update, we take the first step in better supporting cloud-based technology steps, by introducing a Virtual (Virsae Cloud) data collector.

This new collector s alongside existing collectors - Hardware (legacy), software, pi, Linux OVM and is managed under Equipment Locations.

With this release it is now possible to create a cloud location. The equipment types and services which can be added is initially limited, but will be added to during the course of the year.

Password Complexity Improvements

In addition to MFA, we have added the ability to increase your users' password complexity.   This functionality is configurable under your account settings.

By default every password must:

  • be at least 8 characters long
  • comprise alphanumeric characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number

Administrators have the ability to further customize password complexity by defining the minimum password length which can be set to a maximum of 15 characters. This is managed under the entity account settings tab.

Note that existing users whose passwords do not meet these requirement will be made to change their password the next time they log on to VSM.
