Microsoft Teams Call Records Grid

WeFor users with VSM Everywhere, we've added more layers and drill down details to the Microsoft Teams Call Records grid. Here is 's all the sweet, new stuff you will 'll find:

Call ID column

The Call ID is used to retrieve the call record. We've added the ability to "click and copy" so you can use this ID elsewhere.

When you expand on a Call Record you will now see Trunk details . Watch this space for the next enhancement to add a drill down to the SIP record. where Direct Routing is used. Click on the link and you will be taken directly to the SIP Tracer records for this call record.

Platform data for Windows

Where the Platform type is windows, the link will take you to a page containing the Hardware details, Network Interface details, CPU and Memory usage for the selected users device.

BPs were unable to add the Customer Logo for new customers. This has now been fixed.

When adding a Team Cloud Service the Add button could be selected without completing all compulsory fields, and resulted in a continuous loading icon. Now the Add button is greyed out until all compulsory fields are completed.
