VSM Everywhere Standalone
With this release we have added to and changed the way the "VSM Everywhere Devices" page works. This is to enable VSM Everywhere to be technology independent - and able to be applied regardless of whether the user has Microsoft Teams, Skype, Genesys, 8x8, Zoom, Avaya, Avaya One Cloud Private, Cisco, Webex or other technology.
To access the this page go to Customer > Configuration Manager > VSM Everywhere Devices.
You , and you will then see the following page .containing a list of devices with VSM-E installed:
This page The following picture shows the data for a unique combination of "Hostname" and "Username".
For example, for if we filter using the hostname "DESKTOP-95HUFM8" we can see that three users have at some point signed into this device.
To drilldown drill down into the data, select a row and left-click on the row that you want to view data for.

---|
We have moved away from the pattern of right-clicking on records to open up a context menu and then selecting what you want to do with a record. |
This . This will then open up a "Modal" similar to the Add/Edit Equipment pop-up window, as shown below.
In this "Modal" the "The "Hardware Details" and "Network Details" tabs will contain graphs that show collected data for the last two hours, or a custom two a two hour period.
The default will be the Last 2 Hours, or you can choose a Custom two-hour range.

Note |
When designing this page we agreed that we will limit the amount of data that we can query data at any point in time BUT we will limit the amount of data that we return there is a hard limit set to a two-hour range. |
