Jabra Headset information

These charts for Headset Data have changed for Microsoft Teams and VSM Everywhere - see R189

In this release we've improved information for Jabra USB connected headsets.

In the Microsoft Teams Call Records drill down for a persons main-audio you will find usage details for Jabra USB headsets.

• Volume changes - you can now see when the user presses volume up or down during the call
• Mute state - you can now see when the user muted or unmuted during the call
• TX  and RX  speech energy - this was previously called talking and listening
