Bug Fixes
We've resolved the issue where the SIP Response Summary dashlet did not fully populate with the expected data. When looking at which SIP trace messages to include in the analysis, the timezone offset was not being applied to the message timestamp. This resulted to relevant messages being excluded in the data.
We continue to make improvements to Dashboards-preview. Refer here for progress on bug fixes
As part of our modernization project the The CMS Call Trace Report has had now utilizes Synapse to query the ECHI data allowing improvements to the CMS Criteria filters.
- the The Agent LoginID field now queries both the ANSLOGIN and ORIGLOGIN
- entering Entering multiple agent Agent LoginID's using comma separated values can now be entered with or without spaces after the comma. eg: 16321,16322, 19465, 69211
- entering Entering multiple VDN extension numbers using comma separated values can now be entered with or without spaces after the comma. eg: 16321,16322, 19465, 69211
- The maximum characters allowed for VDN and Agent Login ID has be extended from 500 to 5000 characters.
- note that the larger the search criteria, the longer the report will take to run. We recommend you schedule the report - rather than wait for it to 'run'.
- Now returns data for the entire time period selected . (Not and is not limited to the first 8000 records).
