Jabra Headset information

These charts for Headset Data have changed for Microsoft Teams and VSM Everywhere - see R189

In this release we've improved information for Jabra USB connected headsets.

In the Microsoft Teams Call Records drill down for a persons main-audio you will find usage details for Jabra USB headsets.

• Volume changes to the TX (transmit) and RX (receive) - this was previously called volume up and volume down- you can now see when the user presses volume up or down during the call
• Mute state - you can now see when the user is muted or unmuted during the call
• TX  and RX  speech energy - this was previously called talking and listening

Bug fixes

Workstation CPU Usage values were showing as zero the wrong value in the MS Teams Call Records grid windows drill-down. The category name was incorrectly set to "LogicalDisk" instead of "Processor". This has now been fixed and CPU now shows correct value.

For a Linux ServerServers, the dashlet for an individual Linux Server showed CPU, Memory and Disk values but on the System Health Summary dashlet these values were not showing.  This has now been fixed and these values now show on the System Health Summary dashlet.
