Microsoft Teams Call Records Grid
WeFor users with VSM Everywhere, we've added more layers and drill down details to the Microsoft Teams call records Call Records grid. This is the Here's all the sweet, new stuff you will 'll find:
Call ID column
The Call ID is used to retrieve the call record. We've added the ability to "click and copy" so you can use this ID elsewhere.
Trunk
When you expand on a Call Record you will now see Trunk details . Watch this space for the next enhancement to add a drill down to the SIP record. where Direct Routing is used. Click on the link and you will be taken directly to the SIP Tracer records for this call record.
Platform data for Windows
Use the arrow head to expand on a participant and you'll be presented with Media options including main-audio.
Where the Platform type is windows you will be , the link will take you to a page containing the Hardware details, Network Interface details, CPU and Memory usage for the selected users device.

Feedback Event alarms
The Feedback Event alarms were introduced last release and are found in Availability Manger > Manage Alarms grid.
When an event is received in the alarms grid for poor or bad feedback, a user can now navigate to the exact Call record that raised the Alarm. Just right click on the alarm and you will now find Show Call Record in the menu. Selecting this will take you to the record in the User Feedback page.
Bugs
BPs were unable to add the Customer Logo for new customers. This has now been fixed.
When adding a Team Cloud Service the Add button could be selected without completing all compulsory fields, and resulted in a continuous loading icon. Now the Add button is greyed out until all compulsory fields are completed.
