- This report shows the VSM-E Device usage trend for the maximum number of registered devices per day.
- A device is considered registered if the device has been online.
- Genesys Logged in Agents (coming soon)Cloud Logged in Agents
- The count of daily logged-in users is all active users with a status other than offline.
- Note that in Genesys Cloud there is no maximum daily limit to report.
The License Usage Trend report below has been used to visualize the rate of consumption of Logged-in ACD Agents on an Avaya Communication Manager (ACM).
Using this report data , call center there is an upward trend, so Contact Center management can move quickly to purchase additional licenses, prior to the ceiling of 20400 710 agents being breached.
