VSM Virtual Collector
Increasingly, more organizations are using UC technology stacks which are partially, or entirely cloud based, for example: Microsoft Teams, Genesys Pure Cloud.
With this update, we take the first step in better supporting cloud-based technology, by introducing a Virtual (Virsae Cloud) data collector.
This new collector sits alongside existing collectors - Hardware (legacy), software, Raspberry Pi, Linux OVA and is managed under Equipment Locations.

Password Complexity Improvements
In addition to MFA, we have added the ability to increase your users' password complexity. This functionality is configurable under your account settings.

Administrators have the ability to further customize password complexity by defining the 'minimum password length' from 8 to 15 characters. This is managed found under Manage Customer in the Customer account settings tab.
Note that existing users whose passwords do not meet these requirement requirements will be made to change their password the next time they log on to VSM.
