We've updated the Microsoft Teams Call Summary dashlet with the following improvements:
- Audio Devices are grouped by Microsoft Teams certified device types and uncertified
- Donut charts color scheme updated
- Legend has been positioned directly below the donuts for clarity
Dashboards - Preview Bug Fixes
Genesys Cloud Conversation Summary dashlet and Microsoft Teams , donut charts had red amber and green removed from color scheme and legend readability improved.
SIP Response Summary dashlet would stop updating when a subcategory button was selected. The chart now renders correctly when adding or removing a subcategory.
Ribbon System Health Summary dashlet has had UI improvements and data validation completed.
Ribbon SBC Edge dashlet has had data validation completed.
CPU, Memory and Disk information was disappearing off the dashlets. This has been fixed.
Bug Fixes
The Genesys Problematic Call alarm was showing the wrap-up code value instead of the wrap-up code name in the Additional Alarm Data. This now shows the wrap-up code name provided one has been selected by the Genesys Cloud user.
Alarms were not being raised in the AUS region for Microsoft Teams Rooms when Health is reported as Critical. This has been fixed.
