Genesys Cloud Edge Thresholds

Found in Capacity Manager, you can now set Thresholds for your Genesys Cloud Edges:

...

Once your threshold has been created an alarm notification will be received when the criteria has been breached. Alarm notifications can be viewed on the Alarm Summary dashlet or in the Manage Alarms grid.

Avaya Communication Manager - Disable Automatic connection to LSP/ESS

For Avaya Communication Manager (ACM), we have added the ability to disable Automatic connection to ESS/LSP. Useful for when you do not want unnecessary alarms be raised due to ESS or LSP being unreachable (blocked SSH access for example)

Note: When this option is unchecked VSM will attempt to connect to all LSP/ESS, and will raise an alarm if unable to connect. When checked (disabled), some functionality may be lost, for example LSP/ESS configuration used in Voice Quality management trouble shooting and VoIP status.

Custom name for dashlets

You can now add a custom name onto the wider dashlets, that will appear in the dashlet header. The field can contain 40 characters and is setup in the dashlet settings.

Note: this feature is not available in Dashboards Classic.

Bug Fixes

Alarm Overview dashlet would not load for all customers for a BP. This has now been fixed.

ACM System Health dashlet  was not displaying DS1 correctly on the drill down details. You'll now correctly see Up, Up (errors), and Down.

Network Connectivity Summary dashlet now correctly colour coded - when packet loss is 100% and no ping results we show as RED.
