As well as the MOS Distribution Report introduced in the last releaseIn addition to Avaya and Microsoft Teams, you can also now run the License Capacity Report for /to include Genesys Cloud.
You will see a summary of the license types and then the detail of individual license users belowusers and their assigned licenses.
Use the export to csv to further number crunch specific license types.
To run this report you must be subscribed to Capacity Manager.
