VSM Everywhere Standalone
With this release we have changed the way the "VSM Everywhere Devices" page works. This is to enable VSM Everywhere to be technology independent - and able to be applied regardless of whether the user has Microsoft Teams, Skype, Genesys, 8x8, Zoom, Avaya, Avaya One Cloud Private, Cisco, Webex or other technology.
To access this page go to Configuration Manager > VSM Everywhere Devices, and you will then see the following page containing a list of devices with VSM-E installed:
The following picture shows the data for a unique combination of "Hostname" and "Username".
For example, if we filter using the hostname "DESKTOP-95HUFM8" we can see that three users have at some point signed into this device.
To drill down into the data, select a row and left-click. This will then open a pop-up window, as shown below. The "Hardware Details" and "Network Details" tabs will contain graphs that show collected data for a two hour period.
The default will be the Last 2 Hours, or you can choose a Custom two-hour range.
Note |
---|
Users can query data at any point in time BUT there is a hard limit set to a two-hour range. |
