VSM Everywhere Devices
In our last release we included functionality with a menu option called 'Show Devices' under Configuration Manager. In this release this has been renamed to VSM Everywhere Devices.
For equipment that VSM-E is installed on, this new page will return Hardware Bios, System and Network information . Each tab provides a full display of system configurations within the deployment.
Navigate here from the Partner Landing page > Customer > Configuration Manager >VSM Everywhere Devices
MS Teams Session data includes Headset and WiFi information
In Availability Manager > Microsoft Teams Session you can now drill down on a participant within a session, and view the main-audio media the caller is using to see :
- if they are on a wired or wifi connection
- what audio device they are using such as a headset or PC speakers
Where text is blue there is a hyper link to view detailed information for the device or wifi connection type
The above session is PeerToPeer and contains detailed information for the Caller and the Callee
Bug Fixes
On the Edit equipment page, a Role based field had appeared incorrectly.. This has now been removed.
Some Equipment appeared twice on the Add Disk Threshold equipment field and 'All' equipment was missing. 'All' has been restored and the equipment is no longer duplicated.
For Trunk Group Thresholds, the Trunk Groups could not be selected from the drop down. This has been resolved.
User Feedback
Microsoft Teams User Feedback session data now includes a column that you can filter on users who have provided feedback. (Select Yes or No)
Navigate here via the BP Landing page to Availability Manager > User Feedback.
You can view Session Data by right clicking on a session. Here you will find the raw text file which you can then Copy to Clipboard.
Expanding on a session will reveal additional participants to the Organiser. Where feedback is set yes, expanding will reveal the feedback rating and any text entered by the user.
On selecting the Media type of "main-audio" you can view the users headset type (under device type) and connection type (wired or wifi)
Clicking on "Show Feedback Token"s will reveal all options selected by the user.
