Microsoft Teams Call Records can now be filtered viewed by one or more tenants. By default, the call records landing page will have all tenants selected.
To filterview by tenant, click on the button located in the top right hand side to view and select the required tenant(s). This filter requires at least one tenant to be selected. Next, select the time frame required by selecting a quick search button or a custom time frame to load the call records for a specific time period.
Note that when a user navigates to Teams Call Records from the Teams Call Summary dashlet via the embedded link, the filter criteria will automatically match that of the dashlet settings. This means the tenant will be pre-selected, and along with the summary period.
