Service Partners

This change gives Service Partners the correct permission when administering a customer that has been shared with them.

For the shared customer a Service Partner:

• Can now navigate to the Manage Customer page (previously got 'unexpected error'). 
• Can Edit customer but cannot Delete the customer.
• Cannot add Users (IRAP requirement).
• Cannot manage Subscriptions.

In Access Concentrator History, the name of the user was not showing for customers if the user was a Business Partner user. This has now been fixed.

Test Access wa was not always validating Login and password. This has now been fixed.
