Avaya Experience Portal can run a number of different applications simultaneously. One may be insurance, one finance, one banking and one for internal use. Typically calls to these applications will all use a shared trunk to connect to back to the users and agents, be they external or internal to the business. So establishing how much use is made of each application individually can be difficult. 
Use this report to facilitate the management of the AEP applications make adjustments to applications and see if that increases or decreases their effectiveness for the targeted users.
