To check the connectivity from the Virsae Cloud Computing Service end, log in to the Virsae web portal and choose Equipment Locations from the Service Desk menu. The Last Heartbeat Message will show a recent date and time.
Log Collection
Connect to the VSM appliance as detailed in section 7.0 of the Business Partner Implementation Guide.
Once logged into the VSM appliance web management console, click on the ‘Administration’ button and select ‘Windows Services’ from the dropdown box.
Expand the ‘Appliance Controller Client’ list by clicking on the + symbol:
The most recent log file will be at the bottom, click on the ‘open’ link to download and save the file for review:
