Rooms Health Status alarms

Growth of video deployment for communications and collaboration has increased since COVID lockdown days. Microsoft Teams Rooms (online video conferencing) has become a key technology for driving better communication, collaboration and alliances.

We have implemented MTR alarms and these will now populate on the Alarms Summary dashlet and will show in the Manage Alarms grid for unresolved alarm.

Check out what we are working on for a  Microsoft Teams Rooms dashlet here...

  • The MTR Health Summary dashlet will show details of the devices regardless of the manufacturer, such as hardware information (make and model), status (health and activity) and connection.

Alarms generated for Microsoft Teams Rooms and equipment will now display for the Manage Alarms grid and the Alarms Summary dashlet for:

  • Teams Room
  • Surface Hub
  • Collaboration Bar
  • Teams Display
  • Touch Console
  • Teams Panel

Alarms will be generated if the status changes from Healthy.
