- This report shows the VSM-E Device usage trend for the maximum number of registered devices per day.
- A device is considered registered if the device has been online.

The License Usage Trend report below has been used to visualize the rate of consumption of Logged-in ACD Agents on an Avaya Communication Manager (ACM).
Using this report data, call center Contact Center management can move quickly to purchase additional licenses, prior to the ceiling of 20400 2040 agents being breached.
