This release we've been focused on getting bugs fixed.
Dashboard - Preview
Trunk Group dashlet was showing in-use and capacity figures but capacity was not displaying in the Chart. This now correctly displays on the chart when percentage is not selected. (14216)
SIP Response Summary dashlet - when the "No SIP data is found" message is displayed, there is a Read More button. Users can now navigate to the correct documentation when clicking that button.
CUBE dashlet - File System now has RAG correctly added, shows % used, and SIP Response pane is now easier to read
Other Bugs
Existing customers with VSM-E were not receiving the newly implemented CPU and Memory VSM-E Thresholds. This has now been fixed.
Files and Folders down loaded files were incorrectly showing as 0KB. Files now download correctly.
In CMS Call History grid the MOS was not populating. A front end change was required due to a change to back end storage.
The Sip Trace Preprocessing service was meant to insert MOS values but this had not been rolled out across all customers. The MOS values will be populated 2023-11-17 from 00:00 UTC.
We've removed 'Equipment Locations-Classic' from the menu. (It was hidden under Service Desk > More) You can now use Service Desk > Equipment Locations..
