New Dashlet for Genesys Conversations
Genesys Conversation Summary dashlet - Phase 1 has been released showing stream quality for completed conversations and the modalities being used.
It can be run for the summary periods of 1, 6 12 and 24 hours. It is an historical dashboard that updates every fifteen minutes.

We've resolved the frequent appearance of the Connection Lost notice due to it being too sensitive.

Bug Fixes
After recent penetration testing, we've done made security improvements by removing all occurrences of cross-site scripting and having on-screen validations. We've also added time balancing for logins to defend against username enumeration attacks.
