We've created an alarm for Genesys Agent for when an agents state becomes changes to Not Responding. This allows will allow Contact Centre Managers to proactively manage their agents when this happens.
Alarms will show with the following details:
Alarm Name | Genesys Cloud Agent is not responding |
Administered ID | Name of The Agent |
Description | Genesys Cloud Agent is not responding to calls |
