In the last release we introduced the MOS Distribution Report for Genesys Cloud.
As well as for Avaya and Microsoft Teams, you can now run the License Capacity Report for Genesys Cloud.
You will see a summary of the license types and then the detail of individual users and their assigned licenses.
Use the export to csv to further number crunch specific license types.
To run this report you must b subscribed to Capacity Manager
