In the last release we introduced the MOS Distribution Report for Genesys Cloud.
As well as for Avaya and Microsoft TeamsAs well as the MOS Distribution Report introduced in the last release, you can also now run the License Capacity Report for /to include Genesys Cloud.
You will see a summary of the license types and then the detail of individual license users below.users and their assigned licenses.
Use the export to csv to further number crunch specific license types.
