Conversation Drill-down

Genesys conversations are made up of one or more sessions, You can now drill-down into session detail from the conversation to see additional service management information.

The order of the sessions follows the JSON document as provided by the API. Sessions with poor quality voice are highlighted with a explanation mark.

Coming up next is further data regarding the voice real time stream.

We fixed the vertical scroll that wasn't working on some pages.
