  • Wi-Fi signal strength and Link Quality combination is lower than the recommended value for voice and non-HD Video calls - recommended Signal Strength value of -67 dBm or greater AND Link Quality of 41 dB or greater.

Trunk Group Call report - Genesys Cloud 

The Trunk Group Call report can now be run for Genesys equipment. You'll find this report under Capacity Manager.

You can use this to report on call volumes, showing incoming connected, incoming abandoned and outgoing connected calls as well as peak Incoming and peak Outgoing date and time

Bug Fixes

Microsoft Teams Call Records - a record containing an external user could not be expanded. This has now been fixed.
