Reports 2.0 - access for Customer Level logon
Business Partners have had access to Reports 2.0 for a while and now Customer level users have access to the new Reporting Server!
When on the old Reports Landing page, Customers can access the new reporting server via the top menu, then selecting Service Desk > Reports Preview. Please take a look and let us know what you think. For information about using Reports 2.0 read more here...
1) First navigate to the current Reports Landing page via any of the modules (using Reports):
2) Once on the current Reports Landing page, use the top menu to select Service Desk > Reports - Preview:
3) Customer Users will then be navigated to the new Reports landing page:
