In Manage Users, editing a User now saves correctly. (Previously Administrators were receiving a 'Failed to Update ' message.)

Reports bug fixes

When navigating to Reports Classic, the user is no longer logs the user logged out of Reports 2, when navigated to. 

New Reports 2 no longer asks the User to login when they are already logged in.

New Reports 2 no longer times out and sends reverts the user back to the reports index page.
