The drill down detail Device Details pop-up will default to the Last 2 Hours , or of available data,  just mouse over the data points to view the time your instance covers. Or you can choose a Custom two-hour range.

Users can query data at any point in time BUT there is a hard limit set to a two-hour range.

  • Network Interfaces
  • Wi-Fi details (if Wi-Fi use is active)
    • If Signal Strength is too low or Link Quality is poor then Amber or Red warning triangles will appear. Mouse-over on the triangle for more details.
    • If Authentication or Encryption means the network is unsecure then a Red warning triangle will appear. Mouse-over on the triangle for more details.

  • Audio Levels - employee well being data including audio volumes and background noise levels (room analytics)
  • Audio Transaction Breakdown - time spent on mute, listening and talking along with an indication of when listening and talking is happening simultaneously (cross talk) 

If no data is showing for the last 2 hours then you can select the "Last Headset Info" button to find that data.

To see this data from other times, for a specific time period then  select "custom" and set the date / time. This setting will persist for all searches until you navigate away. Note that the search period is limited to two hours.

Excessive average and maximum listening volumes will raise warning flags. (Based on WHO recommendations)Image Removed
