When accessing Availability Manager > Microsoft Teams Call Records you will now find the following has been added:
- Stream Quality fields at Teams Session level
- When the Platform is RoomSystem there is drill down detail eg: in a meeting room
- Export csv Button
- Export All - exports all columns in the top row data
- Export Current - when a search filter is applied then only those records are included in the export.
- Session Failure information
- In the example shown below the failure stage was recorded as MidCall. If there is a failure reason then this will be provided in the mouseover.
- If there is no failure then Failure Info will be blank.
Microsoft Teams Call Summary Dashlet - feedback panel
On the Microsoft Teams Call Summary Dashlet there is a feedback panel showing Feedback Ratings provided by users.

DMCC added to License Utilization Threshold
A threshold for DMCC Licenses has been added into Capacity Manager > Threshold > License Utilization. You will now find the additional option of DNCC License in the drop down box for configured AES equipment:
SIP Session Trace page
The SIP session Trace page can now be sorted by the RAG color bar, enabling the user to quickly view those SIP Traces with errors

- Any calls with a 5xx or 6xx error code are shown as red
- Any calls with a 4xx error code as shown as amber
- All other response codes are shown as green
Bug fixes
Adding a virtual location assigned two Probe configuration branches which resulted in the service not working correctly. This has now been fixed.
