- A public dashboard can only be modified by the original user.
- Where a public dashboard has been created by a business partner, then the customer will see the owner as "Business Partner created"
- If a user has been deleted, and they were the owner of Public dashboards then those dashboard will remain for users to continue using. (Note that their Private dashboards will be deleted.)
- Users can copy a public dashboard, and then they will be able to edit their own copy
Note: Business Partner dashboards created from top menu Administration > Dashboards are only visible other to other BP users when made public

- Click on the + symbol at the bottom of your dashboard page, and the ‘Add Dashlet’ pop up appears. Select as many of the dashlets as you desire by clicking on the icon representing each dashlet.
- Select Done
- Click on the Setting cog
- Select each item on the left-hand panel for each dashlet and populate with required information from the drop-down boxes.
- Where there are optional selectable panels in the Layout panel, tick box if required.
To Open a Dashboard
Right click on the dashboard name and select Open Dashboard from the Menu
To Edit a Dashboard Name
Right click on the dashboard name and select Edit Dashboard from the Menu
To Copy an existing Dashboards
Right click on the dashboard name and select Copy from the Menu
To Delete a Dashboard
Right click on the dashboard name and select Delete Dashboard from the Menu
